Delivery Information:

Delivery is either by Standard Post or Courier and is based on the combined weight of the products ordered.  The delivery options and cost are stated in the shopping basket.

Favour Fairy delivers to addresses in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only.

Subject to stock levels, Favour Fairy aims to dispatch products within the DIY Favours and Accessories within 10 working days from order.  For Ready Made Favours, we aim to dispatch within 21 working days, as these products have to be decorated by hand. 

If for some reason a product is unavailable or dispatch is likely to be longer than the times above, Favour Fairy will contact you

If you are ordering for a wedding or other event, please allow enough time prior to receive your order.  If you wish to make an order at short notice, please contact us prior to making an order.

Returns

Ready Made Favours:  These products cannot be returned as they are decorated by hand based on the choice of style / colour chosen by you.  Please also refer to information on product colour.

DIY Favours & Accessories:  These products can be returned under the following conditions:

• The products dispatched back to Favour Fairy no more than seven days after delivery.
• The products must be returned with their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
• You are responsible for the return postage cost.
• Refund will be made as soon as possible after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. 
• Refund will be only be made for the purchase price of the product.  Delivery costs will not be refunded.

Faulty Goods:

We endeavour to send our products out fault free.  If you do receive a faulty product, please contact us within five working days and we will arrange for the product to be exchanged or replaced.  Please also refer to information on colours and hand decoration below.

Colours: 

There may be some variation between the colour of the delivered product and the images displayed on this website.  This is due to lighting conditions during photography and the variances in colours displayed by computer hardware and software used to view the site.

Hand Decoration: 

Many of the Ready Made Favours are hand decorated and some of the DIY Favour components are hand made.  There may be some variances in the size, shape, and position of these decorations.

Chocolates:

Favour Fairy uses the Forever Praline from Belgian Chocolatier, Leonidas.  This is a soft centred praline covered in milk chocolate.  The praline is foil wrapped and two chocolates are provided with each Ready Made Favour.  The minimum shelf life is three months.  DIY Favours are supplied without chocolates, and we do not offer confectionary for our DIY range nor sell confectionary individually.
